Casino Queen is located in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front Street. There are 150 beds and seven suites available at the gambling hall. The gambling den covers27,500 sq.ft. and provides several features. Aside from gambling, Casino Queen offers a twenty five hundred passenger riverboat, a one hundred and forty spot recreational vehicle campground and simple access to MetroLink light-rail location.
